MPORTANT FOR TAKING THE HARD COPY (PRINT OUT)OF ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.

 

1. You should use Google Chrome Web Browser (preferably for correct output).

 

2. Verify that all the entries made in the application form are correct in all respects.

 

3. Set the paper size as A4, Orientation as Portrait, Margins as - LM:0.5” RM:0.5” TM:1.0” BM:1.0” from the Page setup.

 

4. Make sure that Acknowledgement Receipt is printed on a separate (4th) page.

 

5. You may contact Help-Desk for any Technical Query.

 

6. That if you keep the form idle for 5 minutes or more, you may not be able to save the changes and will require to re-login to make the changes.


1. Please Attach one attested Photocopy of Mark sheet along with registration form for authentication . The Candidature /Registration shall stand automatically rejected in case of any fake entry /deviation from the entered data and no claim will be entertained. Registration fee, once submitted is not refundable. Therefore the candidates are advised to be careful while filling of registration details.

 

2. Applicants are required to have a valid personal E-mail ID. In case an applicant does not have a valid personal E-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line. Any communication(if needed) will be communicated to this E-mail ID only.


3. The name of the applicant, father's & mother's name, date of birth etc. should be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. No corrections will be allowed later on.

 

4. Only one printout of the “System Generated Application Form” per applicant should be sent or submitted. Duplicate Copy will be rejected.

 

5. Applicants should keep a photocopy of the printout of System Generated Application Form with them for their record.

 

6. Applicants will get the receiving details of their Form by the E-mail therefore please give your valid E-mail ID.

 

7. Before Confirming your form submission, please DOUBLE CHECK the entries as you will not be allowed to make changes later on. If any change is required before submission, you may do so with the UPDATE button.
